Lowe's Analyst-Merchandising Operations in Mooresville, North Carolina

Job Summary

The Analyst-Merchandising Operations role works in one of the functional areas of Merchandising Operations supporting their assigned line of business. The Analyst will focus on their role appropriate level of responsibilities from a run the business, basic consulting and day to day operations standpoint. Key functional areas include Vendor/Item Onboarding, Reporting, Operational Services, Product Content, Data Governance and Tech Enablement. Responsibilities may vary based on the area of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports technology solutions through training and documentation including SOP's, Job Aids, Live Demo's, On Demand Videos and more.

• Communication- Provides on time communication through proper channels on Tech enhancements and rollouts to support Tech initiatives.

• Analytics-Measures application usage pre and post training sessions by partnering with Tech and reporting partners to extract data.

• Building Relationships-Builds trust through weekly meetings and meets SLAs. Reliable and resourceful to solve challenges; pleasant, supportive; active listener.

• Issues Resolution-Handle Run-the-Business issues and escalate when needed.

• Process Improvement-Provides ideas on process improvement needs.

• Project Management-Ability to manage own time/priorities; input into larger efforts; understanding of business impacts and connectivity.

• Liaison with international partners as needed.

• Merchandising & Vendor Engagement-Day to day based on business needs and vendor support.

• Business alignment-Focused on merchants, vendors and store merchandising individual contributors.

• Creates usage standards, guidelines, and statements of direction to track the quality, availability, and applicability of data through to full business integration.

• Uses relevant data, analytics, and customer feedback to help develop and drive the solutions offered to Lowe's internal customers.

• Maintains relevancy and accuracy of team's trainings by partnering with the rest of the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years work experience in Business, Finance, Communications, Training, or relevant role

• Experience in developing, designing, and operating business solutions in a production environment

• Understanding of performance measures, SLA deadlines and measuring KPI's

• Organized, strong interpersonal skills, collaborative and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience in Vimeo, Rise, Adobe Rush, Voiceover and Video Editing

• Experience either working in or partnering with Tech teams
