Keylogic Systems Inc AI Technical Writer in Morgantown, West Virginia

KeyLogic is continuously looking forTechnical Project Managers to work for The Chief Digital and AI Office (CDAO). This division aims to establish the strategy, best practices, architectures, and tools to ensure that the DoD has reliable, ethical, and trusted AI-enabled systems. Job Duties: Collaborates with subject matter experts to understand responsible AI technologies and methods and distill critical information into clear and accessible documentation. Creates and maintains a range of technical documents including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles. Develops tutorials, whitepapers, and case studies to educate users on best practices for implementing responsible AI solutions. Reviews technical documentation produced by contracted vendors for consistency, accuracy, and harmony with corpus of CDAO RAI products. Gathers feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality and usability. Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and AI technology, as well as DoD, U.S. Government, and international policies as necessary. Scrupulously follows security, classification, and public release policies and procedures to ensure documents are properly marked and handled. Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the AI, machine learning, or software development domain. Proficiency in documenting complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical jargon into clear and concise documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Security Clearance: At minimum must have an active DoD Secret Salary: 65-85K
