Atlantic Health System Medical Laboratory Scientist II, ACL Core Lab Part Time in Morris Plains, New Jersey
Perform testing the laboratory and report results according to SOP.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment.
Perform quality control tasks and maintain laboratory documentation according to SOP.
Maintain and manage laboratory inventory/
Provide laboratory information to others on the patient care team.
Maintain competencies and continuing education.
Minimum Education:
BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from an accredited institution. Foreign graduates require equivalency evaluation documentation
ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum Experience:
- Previous Core Laboratory experience preferred, but not necessary; new MLS/ CLS graduates welcome.
