Summary

The Employee Badging Specialist performs identification issuance administrative functions requiring a high degree of attention to detail, confidentiality and skill in various clerical areas and computer usage. The Employee Badging Specialist is a front facing customer service representative who is part of a local Union.

The compensation for this role is $29.20 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that visitors and employees are processed without any undue delays in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or as may be established by supervisors.

  • Must be able to work as a team with other employees in the area.

  • As a critical position may be required to change schedule to fit the needs of the contract

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Two years of security, administrative, secretarial and/or badging experience preferred.

  • Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance, but not required to start.

  • Must be able to complete all Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM), NASA LENEL Identity Management System, and IdMAX and related training.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Preferred knowledge of and understanding of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Estimated Salary/Wage

USD $29.20/Hr.
