Responsibilities:

The person who fills this role with be responsible for:

• Developing and testing workflows and playbooks within Client's Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform.

• Assisting SOAR platform users with workflow and playbook development questions

• Developing custom platform integrations with 3rd party tools using Python.

• Reviewing and prioritizing new automation use cases as they are submitted.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years of experience developing within Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR platform.

• 3+ years of experience in the IT Security field or related area

• 3+ years of development with Python or PowerShell

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Python, Bash, PowerShell, and/or JavaScript.

• None, but system security or administration certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, Security+, Cloud+, CCSA, etc. are preferred.

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

• 2+ years of experience developing within other SOAR platforms (ex. Splunk Phantom, Demisto, Siemplify, ThreatConnect).

• Experience with SIEMs and other security platforms

• Experience working in an agile environment

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
