As a Manager – Change Management you would lead the change strategy which uses data-driven solutions to address the people side of change, that affect an organization’s ability to reach its transformational strategic objectives. Overseeing the Change Management team who are responsible for defining and implementing change management plans, while actively maximizing employee engagement in order to achieve business outcomes. Primarily focused on working with and coaching leaders and their teams to develop their change management capabilities and maximize buy-in and minimize resistance by leveraging the Premera change management framework and standards.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a team of Change Management Consultants who are responsible for project specific change management support.

  • Manage the implementation of the change management framework that supports improved client readiness and project success.

  • Lead and prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, with strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadership.

  • Build and/or develop a high-quality change management solution and communications approach that involves and engages those impacted by the change and ensuring appropriate sponsorship from management.

  • Anticipates and ensures that all projects meet or exceeds the terms in the client’s statement of work with high impact results that leave a lasting effect.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development or business and tech. and 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience which include 7 years of managing efforts using change management principles and methodologies and 3 years of managing teams.

  • Experience with AIM (Accelerating Implementation Methodology) and/or Prosci’s ADKAR Model preferred.

  • Certification in change management methodologies with a familiarity with lean principles preferred.

  • Master’s degree in business or related area preferred.
