WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The Global EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs across all CPI Service Organization operations globally. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, promotes a culture of safety, and drives continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Key Responsibilities:

EHS Program Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs that align with regulatory requirements and CPI’s business objectives.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS standards and identify areas for improvement.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential EHS risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Conduct incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Training and Education:

  • Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels.

  • Promote awareness and understanding of EHS responsibilities and best practices.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor and interpret EHS regulations and standards applicable to CPI’s operations globally.

  • Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international EHS regulations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain EHS metrics and performance indicators.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on EHS performance to senior management.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead initiatives to improve EHS performance and sustainability.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive EHS management.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, industry groups, and clients, to promote EHS best practices and address concerns.

  • Represent CPI in EHS-related matters at global forums and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent certification.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a global or multi-site role.

  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
