Senior Software Developer

The Senior Software Developer programs and configures software to meet organization business needs. Under limited supervision, this job supports the evaluation of equipment and process quality to ensure the safety, reliability, and maintainability of products and systems. This job also analyzes the performance of various systems, applications and databases to ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization's IT platform and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops interfaces and drivers for hardware devices, software platforms and data exchange.

  • Interprets written business requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop advanced technical solutions that meet business needs in the financial industry.

  • Modifies development work to make sure resulting software meets established quality goals.

  • Analyzes test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure the quality of information systems, applications and databases delivered.

  • Identifies quality related issues and reports them to other departments for containment, correction, and prevention.

  • Collaborates with IT and business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end to end technical solutions.

  • Performs complex coding to written technical specifications.

  • Helps coach and delegate work to lower level software developers.

Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job

Fullstack developer to produce scalable software solutions. Responsible for Full software lifecycle from conception to deployment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities : List up to 5 key duties and responsibilities, management responsibilities and time spent (if applicable)

  • Work with development team and product owner to ideate software solution

  • Build the dynamic, visually attractive, end to end innovative software apps including Front End and backend

  • Designing and developing Effective APIs

  • Able to work with databases, serverless, APIs and third party apps

  • Transform the business needs into a product from conception to implementation

  • Problem Solving and analytical skills

Functional Knowledge: What knowledge of concepts, process, principles or procedures is needed within discipline; SME?

Key Skills Required :

  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 Years as a Fullstack Developer

  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively independently.

  • Proficiency with front end technologies/libraries HTML5,CSS, Jquery and Bootstrap

  • Proficiency with .NET Core framework, C#, React/Angular NodeJS

  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB or any NOSQL DB)

  • Familiarity with common Programming design patterns and Best practice

  • Developing the Unit test scenarios and automation of unit testing

  • Strong knowledge of debugging and problem-solving skills with excellent understanding of system development.

  • Expertise with Micro Services/Modular deployment and architecture

  • Minimum 3-5 experience with AWS/Cloud Development

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and TFS

  • Good knowledge of Behavior-driven development

Good to have Skills:

  • AWS Developer Certified

  • Advanced UI development knowledge

  • Knowledge of CI/CD automate Deployment

  • Knowledge of Business-Driven Development

  • Knowledge of container-based development

  • Knowledge of Automated Testing
