Diageo Senior Manager - National Key Accounts in Mumbai, India
Job Description :
Purpose of Position
The role looks to build on premise channel growth through strong partnerships and lead activations that enhance brand perception and off-take based on strong understanding of the channel & its customers preferences.
Context/Scope:
This role is part of National Key Accounts organisation based out of Mumbai and managing the relationships with National Partners
Recommendations Expected
Managing the relationship and execute all the brand initiatives in the respective channel.
Execute & Monitor adherence of JUBP deliverables. Routine operation and execution.
Review M&E and highlight variance/course correction.
This role calls for operations excellence and managing external + internal stakeholders.
Recommendation on the future negotiations based on JUBP & M&E.
Close coordination with Regional & Central Customer marketing Team + Brand team
Financial Accountability (Budget/Revenue)
The role is to execute and monitor adherence of JUBP deliverables and the NSV delivery is with Regional Key Accounts Team. But yes, the role has to highlight the challenges & opportunity to the larger team along with National Key Accounts Head. As per the approved budget the role needs to raise PO and operationalise & monitor the financial transaction
Market / Function Complexity
SPOC for National Partners and managing the relationship, execution and evaluate the partnership through monthly/quarterly review.
Strategical Accountability
Utilize National KA to drive NGE.
Review M&E and highlight variance/course correction.
Leadership Responsibilities
Building & maintaining relationship with all the national partners. Close coordination with Central & Regional Customer marketing team & Brand team. Healthy working relationship with finance team and support team for Budget management.
Key Accountabilities
Relationship management + Execute & Monitor adherence of JUBP deliverables.

Day to Day Customer management
Monitoring & Tracking JUBP as agreed.
Customer marketing Execution as per the calendar
Routine operation and execution coordination between regions and accounts (20%)
Working very closely with the regional team & HO team
End to end execution of the deliverables
Driving Execution in terms of Brands activities + visibility + asset management
Financial Processes like PO, PR, Budget management (15%)
Raising PR as per agreed Budget
Monitor & Track on the Pay outs & QDVP3 Agreement
Overall Budget management
Monthly review & reporting (15%)
Forecasting and budgeting
Performance insights
Stock analysis
Qualifications
Experience
MBA in sales & marketing Preferred, Key Accounts Management in alco beverage industry experience is priority.
6-8 Yrs of alco beverage or FMCG sales /Key Accounts experience
Success Criteria
Go to person for anything for the National partners, extracting maximum value out of the contract, Driving brand experiential and coordination with Regional & Central marketing Team & Brand Team
