Position Objectives…

  • Differentiate Iron Mountain as a trusted guardian by delivering world-class safety, risk, security, and resiliency initiatives.

  • Safeguard assets and maintain shareholder value through risk-based, data-driven solutions aligned with Iron Mountain’s values.

  • Lead global safety, risk, and security efforts to protect assets against injury, loss, or damage.

  • Develop and implement safety, risk, security, and asset management programs, including crisis response processes.

Key Responsibilities…

  • Implement IM Safety, Risk, and Security Policies, Procedures, and Plans in India.

  • Support business GSRS staff in delivering IM GSRS requirements.

  • Assist IM leadership in developing a coherent Safety, Security, and Risk approach in India.

  • Advice and counsel business units on safety, security, and risk management in line with IM Policies.

  • Provide advice during safety or security emergencies and volatile periods.

  • Ensure compliance with governmental security regulations.

  • Advise on security design for critical and major capital projects.

  • Network internally and externally to manage shared risk and liaise with security and intelligence communities.

  • Assist in developing a coherent approach to safety, risk, security, and resilience.

  • Establish appropriate reporting and control on issues across the organization.

  • Develop a robust security management system.

  • Network to develop effective relationships.

  • Execute the Safety, Security, and Risk Playbook.

  • Conduct annual performance and GSRS team reviews.

  • Advise corporate functions, regional leaders, country managers, and regional functional leaders.

Supervision…

  • Direct supervision of GSRS staff across the APAC region and alignment with risk management, business continuity, and safety staff.

  • Internal: Country managers, regional and global functional leaders.

  • External: Customers, law enforcement, regulatory bodies, OSAC, ASIS.
