Job Description :

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for commercials (Volume, Value & CM) of Crop solution segment for India subcontinent

  • Implement long term business plan and strategy in co-ordination with Head Commercial Manager / Market Manager – ISC

  • Develop plan for Key Account management & execute the same

  • To drive business in ISC for the Crop solution. Formulate local strategies to achieve the targeted long-term plans. Product range includes Surfactants, green solvents.

  • Execute the pricing strategy and participate actively in pricing and contract negotiations with key customers.

  • Develop and implement strategies to monitor customer expectations and ensuring that services provided can meet and surpass these mutually negotiated expectations and agreed service targets. Provide reliable 24-months rolling forecast on a monthly basis.

  • Liaise with Head Commercial Managers / Market Manager to identify long term growth opportunities and develop sustainable five-year plan and execute it successfully.

  • Develop gap filling plans and fulfill the gaps arising on monthly basis.

  • Adhere to Business Compliance requirement and Indorama EH&S codes

  • Manage and provide strong leadership to the assigned distributors, guide them in achieving annual sales targets and ensure timely submission of quarterly reports from them

  • Effective management of the receivables, DSO and overdues

  • Establish and maintain a customer database that enables the business to access key information. Regular updates on market intelligence and reports as required by organization.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education: The job holder should possess a basic degree in Chemistry or a degree from ICT/Others in Surfactant

MBA preferred – marketing Good Communication Skills

Excellent Power point presentation skills and MS Excel Skills

Experiences: The individual should have 8-10 years sales or business experience in managing Crop solutions customers. Selling of surfactants to Agrochemicals Industries will be preferred.

Proven Track record of new business development

Know-how & Skills: The job holder requires a wide knowledge and experience in the various aspects of the business, preferably in Agrochemical industry with strong distributors-management experience.
