Under direct supervision, provides technical expertise to maintenance team in a professional manner. Performs tasks requiring spread knowledge and application of maintenance principles. Assists in the delivery of maintenance engineering projects success. Assists in root cause analysis on equipment failure or malfunction. Supports with improvements for equipment to prevent failures. Participates on execution of pilots and proof of concept, provides technical expertise, ensures pilot follow up and tracking results. Participates in developmental programs to accelerate learning and to increase abilities relative to the successful implementation of PSL objectives. Participates on projects deployment on fleets and provides technical support on location. Requires the ability to guide technicians through process change and communicates with upper level management effectively. Completion of an undergraduate STEM degree is required. This is the entry level position for this discipline.
