What you do:

– Expanding and retaining business relationships for our hotels

– Professional, telephone and written customer service, in particular planning and preparation of events and groups, including the preparation of offers and contracts

– Invoice control in the event and group area and daily control of airlines in all hotels

– Administration of rates and availability in cooperation with Revenue and Event Sales

– Consistent implementation of Marriott and SV standards and compliance with guidelines and LSOPs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

What you bring with you:

– Completed training in the hotel industry and/or in the event sector as well as initial professional experience in the hotel industry

– German level C1 – competent use of the language

– English level B1-B2 – independent use of language, French an advantage

– Good PC skills in Word, Excel and OPERA are desirable (Marriott tools an advantage)

– Strong assertiveness and enjoyment of providing excellent service
