To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

This is what your day looks like:

• Responsibility for the order and cleanliness in our guest rooms and on the floors, the public areas of the hotel and the outdoor facilities.

• Checking the rooms and public areas after cleaning, taking into account compliance with our high quality standards

• Assisting the housekeeping management in managing the daily activities

• Coordinate room cleaning tasks and scheduling

• Liaison person to coordinate the work of housekeeping, technical, front office and laundry departments

• Document and resolve dissenting room issues with the front desk

• Prepare, distribute and communicate changes in room assignments

• Provide information on available rooms that are ready for guest use

What we want from you:

• Several years of experience in housekeeping

• Ideally experience with Opera

• A keen eye for detail

• Expert knowledge and handling of cleaning products

• A high level of commitment, a team-oriented approach to work and a strong service ethic

• Friendly, courteous manner

• Good knowledge of German and English
