Responsibilities

Security *Cloud Solution Architecture: Full-time Opportunities for University Graduates *

Start Date: September 2024

Location: Munich, Germany

Type of Employment: Full-Time

As a Cyber Security Cloud Solution Architect, you will support our customers in making their environment more secure. You evaluate the customers infrastructure, and help the customer to use and understand the Microsoft Security Portfolio. The Cloud Solution Architect consults and removes blocker in the customers security journey. Our Security CSAs work with Enterprise level customers on the bleeding edge of our Security solution stack. Microsoft is a recognised globally leader in Security which is evidence in our products and solution positions in Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Waves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers create their security plan and strategy to transform their security practices to a more modern and cloud-native approach, using Microsoft security solutions.

• Proposes viable solutions based on specific MS security products. demonstrates complex concepts and proves the capability of those solutions through design collaboration sessions with the customers.

• Apply technical knowledge of security architecture and solutions to meet business and information technology requirements and resolve identified technical constraints.

• Supports customer projects as a subject matter expert in a specific Microsoft Security solution.

• Understanding Customer Technical Environment

• Gather customer insights (e.g., feedback around technical preferences, environments, business needs) and leverages these insights and existing plans to map solutions with customer business outcomes. Identifies technical blockers to accelerate consumption and deployment.

• Proactively support customers in their Azure cloud adoption journey, helping them to define a Secure Architecture, implementing the necessary security and compliance controls.

• Works closely with customers to fully understand their technical needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) work or internship experience involving technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure.

• Passion for technology, IT security and customer obsession. 

• Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills  in English.

• Enthusiasm towards leading technologies and motivation to learn and grow.

• You must be legally authorised to work in Germany to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).
