• As a working student, you support the preparation of meetings and prepare minutes of the meetings.

• You support the team in administrative and internal research activities.

• You maintain our SharePoint pages, e.g., access rights and document management.

• You manage tasks of our internal projects and initiatives, including independent coordination and communication of activities with program team members.

• You analyze, prepare, and visualize data.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

• You are an enrolled student with a e.g. business background, ideally in an international environment.

• You have first experiences with administrative tasks in a hybrid environment.

• Moreover, you have solid user skills in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.

• You are reliable and are used to work independently and in a structured way.

• Ideally, you are an open-minded team player and have strong communication skills.

• You have good German skills and are fluent in English.
