Boehringer Ingelheim Sr. Specialist, Recruitment APAC in Muntinlupa, Philippines

The Position

The incumbent is expected to help build the HR General Services responsible for Recruitment. The role will cover management of the end-to-end recruiting activities from the briefing call to the pre-employment facilitation.

In close collaboration with HRBPs and hiring managers, the Senior Recruiter will serve employees within countries in English, in several times zones, within multiple company sites and legal entities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute and run backend processes around Recruitment. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.

  • Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.

  • Lead and manage end to end hiring activities.

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, executing recruiting strategies and other talent related processes.

  • Generate candidates through passive and active sourcing methods.

  • Pre-select candidates and provide hiring managers with qualified short list.

  • Facilitate kick-off call meetings.

  • Establish and drive relationship with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies.

  • Prepare recruitment reports for key stakeholders.

  • Liaise with the respective HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure operational process excellence.

  • Provide reliable reports and market data to HRBPs and CoEs when required.

  • Be compliant to:

  • Legal local and regional regulations especially in a shared service environment regarding labor and employment law, tax, data protection.

  • Internal risk and control processes.

  • Corporate HR Procedures, Policies and SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.

  • Expert knowledge in the field of Recruitment with strong background in managing end to end hiring process.

  • At least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience is required.

  • Extensive customer orientation and background in shared service set up.

  • Business fluency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work across business units and geographies, with understanding of different cultural nuances.
