Description

The Network Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of the company's computer networks. This includes planning, deploying, and configuring network hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting network problems. The Network Administrator also works with other IT staff to ensure that the network is aligned with the company's business needs.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the company's computer networks.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.

• Monitor network performance and identify and resolve problems.

• Develop and implement network security policies and procedures.

• Work with other IT staff to ensure that the network is aligned with the company's business needs.

• Provide technical support to users.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest network technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a network administrator.

• Strong knowledge of network hardware and software.

• Experience with network security.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
