Your Day-to-Day
Oversee day-to-day monitoring of operational matrix, and churn out actionable data sets from those metrics to derive insights and hypotheses.
Lead your own initiatives within our department and contribute/support initiatives with other regional departments.
Prepare regular reports on metrics and initiatives to the Regional Operations Lead and EXCO
Work closely with the ground operations team and external vendors in each country.
Travel to our branches locally and internationally, as and when required.
Your Know-How
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Consulting, Project Management, or a related field.
Excellent track record of 3-4 years of experience in supply chain operations, project management, and e-commerce operations, preferably in the automotive/startup industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and/or MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficiency in other data analytics tools (Redash, SQL, Tableau) and/or development tools (AppSheet, Jira) is highly desired.
Strong understanding of project management and/or app development principles.
Ability to lead and motivate junior executives within the team.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
