Emerson OM/PM LATAM Director in MÉXICO, Mexico

Position Summary:

As the Operations Manager, your primary objective is to implement effective strategies and practices throughout our organization. Your duties will span from formulating strategies to improving performance, procuring resources, and ensuring compliance. Additionally, you'll be responsible for mentoring team members, improving customer service quality, and implementing standard methodologies at all levels. Ultimately, we trust you to maintain our compliance, efficiency, and profitability during business operations.

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

Customer Focus : Dedicate efforts to improving customer happiness and encouraging positive relationships with customers.

Drives Results Focus on priorities, build vitality, and optimally prioritize multiple tasks by implementing tracking and follow-up mechanisms for swift progress.

Communication: Develop clear and purposeful communication by facilitating the exchange of ideas, thoughts, opinions, knowledge, and data.

Collaborative Communication: Promote collaborative problem-solving and creativity to seek sophisticated challenges, encouraging an environment of partnership.

Sales Achieve: monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals for each business unit within Final Control across designated regions: Mexico, Brazil, and Southern Cone.

Training : Reinforce Service Level Doctrine 2.0 and other crucial areas within the operations team through effective training initiatives.

Policy Interpretation Interpret and apply Emerson's policies and procedures to ensure their accurate application within the PMO team's activities.

Alliance Develop alignment across all departments, promoting continuous communication and collaboration.

Professional Degree Requirements:

Engineering (industrial, chemical, etc.).

Master's in business administration (MBA) preferred.

Experience Requirements:

8-10 years’ experience in operations, project management, procurement, customer care, inside sales, and supply chain.

6-8 years’ experience in customer-facing roles within industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, and Process and Chemical.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:

Proficiency in English (80%).

Expertise in project management, supply chain management, customer care, procurement, and sales administration.
