A Day in the Life

· Define, manage, and maintain an SAP ECC & S4 HANA development strategy and roadmap based on business context and change requirements.

· Responsible for designing and development of SAP RICEF objects.

· Understand and communicate how SAP ECC and S4 interacts, supports, and integrates with other technologies and information systems.

· Collaborate with other functional leads and architects across the organization.

· Manage and maintain SAP ABAP applications effectively.

· Lead and supervise teams involved in SAP ABAP application management and maintenance.

· Responsible for the technical integrity, and technical documentation.

· Work with cross-functional teams to drive business transformational change with partners, business units, and solution teams leveraging in developing specific solutions.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP applications.

· Develop and implement strategies for optimizing SAP ABAP applications.

· Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

· Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in SAP ABAP application management and integration.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to SAP ABAP application management and integration.

· Provide technical guidance and support during S4 migration and integration processes.

· Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

· Troubleshooting & Support.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

· 14+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree.

· Total 6+ years SAP ABAP technical programming experience and managing teams.

· Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA development - SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData Service, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, etc.

· Analyse and troubleshoot complex issues related to SAP ECC and S4 ABAP applications.

· Experience working across US and multiple time zones.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

· Previous Medical devices and/or Pharma experience

· High-level experience with SAP system administration, configuration, sizing, and performance tuning.

· Demonstrate expertise in preparing for S4 migration within the SAP ecosystem.

· Possess a deep understanding of SAP integration methodologies and principles.

· SAP Certifications in ABAP and related technologies.
