You will make impact by:

1. Lead a team consists of Lean Engineer & Expert, using traditional IE/Lean approach & advanced Digitalization tools to promote productivity for SNC 带领一只精益工程师和专家构成的团队，结合使用传统的IE、精益工具及先进的使用数字化工具（例如：PlantSim, Mendix等）系统性地持续改善SNC运营效率，包括但不限于：

a. Plans equipment layout, workflow, and accidental prevention measures, and the respective processes and guidelines of production. 工厂/产线布局规划

b. Conducts time and motions studies and derives time standards for production calculations. 作业时间测定及持续改善

c. Value Stream Planning & Optimization价值流规划及优化

d. Pull-Based Production Control Concept Design生产控制模式设计及优化

e. OEE Improvement

f. SOP, CIP…..

2. 设立精益改善路线图，与对应区域经理进行定期沟通，组织资源及设定项目以按计划推进路线图 develop Lean Improvement roadmap, align with Line manager and organize resource to deploy per schedule

3. 制定能力发展计划，组织资源培养及提高部门成员的专业能力；提供必要支持以提高生产运营部门同事的基础精益知识和能力 Make Lean competency development plan and conduct training/practice to improve competency of operation team;

4. 参与SIEMENS全球精益专家协会，分享成功案例且视情况支持其他SIEMENS工厂的改善项目 Participate SIEMENS Global Lean Expert Community, share good use case and support improvement project in other plants if required

5. 识别数字化与传统精益工具结合机会，提高数字化在精益作业过程中的深入和普及 identify opportunity of integrating digitization with traditional lean methodology, use digital tool to empower lean transformation

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 7年以上生产运行或精益相关工作经验 7years+ practice in Production Control or Lean

2. 在大型制造业企业担任过精益、工业工程、工艺开发或生产运营等领域的管理岗位 management practice in Lean, IE, Engineering development or operation management in big manufacturing company

3. 对精益及IE核心理念、实施方法及工具有过系统性地学习和深刻理解，丰富的实战经验 Good hands-on practice in Lean & IE principle, tool & method, holistic & deep understating

4. 具备数字化方法工具的基础知识 basic know-how of digital tool is plus (E.g., Low coding, MES/APS/WMS project, etc.)
