Le/la SUPERVISEUR D’EQUIPE a pour rôle la gestion de son équipe de gestionnaires administratives qui constituent son Unité de Gestion.

  • Fonction

Il/elle supervise la montée en compétence de son équipe et la réalisation des objectifs annuels fixés pour l’équipe

  • Rattachement hiérarchique

Il/Elle est rattaché(e) au Responsable des ASC

  • Vos missions :

Etablir une relation de confiance avec son équipe et dynamiser les échanges afin d’améliorer l’efficacité de cette dernière et l’accompagner au changement.

Intégrer des nouveaux entrants, assurer la formation et le suivi post formation de ces derniers et garantir la montée en compétence de ces nouvelles recrues

Suivre et faire appliquer les directives de son manager. Respecter et suivre les indicateurs définis par la Direction.

Mettre en œuvre des plans d’action individuelle ou/et collectif permettant l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.

S’assurer de la bonne productivité de ses équipes, en conformité avec les exigences de la Société.

Organiser le travail individuel et collectif de l’équipe dans le respect des délais, procédures, établir les plannings et valider les congés, RTT, absences.

Contrôler la qualité, organiser les audits et en délivrer les résultats pour permettre une montée en compétence. S’assurer de la qualité des réponses à l’accueil clients.
