Robert Half Accounting Clerk/Admin in Naples, Florida

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk/Admin to join our team in Naples, Florida. This role is vital to the smooth running of our operations, primarily focusing on the processing and management of financial transactions and customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of all invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

• Perform account reconciliations regularly, ensuring all financial data is accurate.

• Oversee the management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), maintaining up-to-date records.

• Manage the billing process, ensuring all invoices are sent out to customers in a timely manner.

• Perform data entry tasks, updating customer records and financial data in our systems.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and reports, aiding in financial analysis and decision-making.

• Resolve any customer inquiries related to their accounts, providing excellent customer service.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary, such as sending reminders for overdue payments.

• Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards in all tasks.

• Assist in other accounting or administrative tasks as needed by the team. Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role as an Accounting Clerk or Admin.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation processes.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

• Ability to handle Billing tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Demonstrated skills in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in Invoice Processing, with a focus on speed and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced functions.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Relevant certification or degree in Accounting or Finance would be advantageous.
