Position Description
This is a position of the Convention Center Authority; not a Metropolitan Government position. Excellent benefits included.
Starting Rate: $15.00/hour
Typical Duties
Responsibilities include routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of interior/exterior perimeter and parking garage. Additional responsibilities will include landscaping of the Music City Center. May also be required to assist Engineering Technicians.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma plus one (1) to three (3) years of experience in general mechanical maintenance and repair work, or any combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
Valid Tennessee Driver's License required.
Flexible schedule a must and will include weekend and night work.
