Machine Operator Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent plastics manufacturer in the Old Hickory, TN area, is seeking machine operators to join their team! *Machine Operator Job Summary:*
- Pay: $21.50 per hour
- Shift Available:
- Nights: 6:00pm or 8:00pm start - 4:00am or 6:00am, Monday - Thursday
- Old Hickory, TN
- Full-time
- Direct Hire
- Operate and maintain your assigned line.
- Perform quality inspections, follow all safety procedures, and meet and exceed all production goals.
- Prepare roll production and varying rolls; Perform line startups.
- Oversee cleaning and operational maintenance on your line and in your work area.
- Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the machine or the team.
Machine Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 -3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Lift truck experience preferred.
