Full Range Rehab, LLC Medical Delivery Service Representative in Nashville, Tennessee
[A1 Demonstrate a consistent commitment to the Mission and Values of Full Range Rehab.
[A2 Transport Durable Medical Equipment to and from specified destinations such as clients homes, medical facilities and storage facilities.
[A3 Instruct clients on the proper use of the EZ Stretch device in an efficient and pleasant manner. Ensure that the client is able to adjust the device correctly and understand the proper therapeutic protocol for optimal results.
[A4 Contact clients as needed to schedule and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups.
[A5 Obey all traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
[B1 Load and unload equipment from vehicles ensuring personal safety as well as safety of the equipment.
[B2 Adhere to all OSHA regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
[B3 Complete Delivery/Pick-Up Ticket with all required information including client signature and serial # of each machine delivered.
[B4 Return all paperwork according to written protocol.
[B5 Disinfect and clean all EZ Stretch units as needed. Report any required repairs/replacements of parts immediately to the Corporate office.
[C1 Participate in training as needed or required by the company.
[C2 Wear proper uniform shirt and pants at all times when in contact with any customers (clients or therapists). Maintain uniforms in a professional manner. Notify Corporate office immediately to request a replacement uniform as needed.
