Job Description :

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPERFORMANCE MEASURES (QUANTITATIVE / QUALITATIVE)

1Raw Material Management

• Ensure sufficient inventory of all HBS RM's (Indegenous and Imported) as per plan

• Monitor and record the consumption of RM in SAP, Physical and SAP

• Maintain approved inventory of DM water, Caramel and other additives• RM Quality/ Quantity Plan Vs Actual

• Inventory Status

2Production Management

• Responsible for delivery of HBS as per month target.

• Accountable for operation of Hub as per SOP and ensure production as per defined quality parameters of product

• Maintain stock register, blending register and SAP entries on time

• Analyse all quality parameter of RM, Inprocess and Finshed HBS as per SOP and record in log book, take decision for any discrepancy or escalte to QA or TC.

• Keep Assets in helathy and operation condition.

• Define Planned Preventive Maintenance for all Hub equipments with Asset care team and follow timelines

• Prepare budget for Escort operations, Stationery, PPE's, Operators, Courier and accessories of Tanker and IBC locks

• Maintain hygiene and safety accross HBS Hub

• Issue CL's as per the instruction without any errors

• Track permits, CL's, Indents

• Follow up for timely tanker and container allocation

• Zero detension

• Maintain GMP and following all Cleaning protocls of tanker and IBC

• Maintain IBC reserve stock for timely replavement of defective IBC's

• Monitor and maintain record of spirit account reqgister , Excise register Vs SAP.

• Supporting for productivity projects carried out by Technical Centre and HO.

• Escort allocation and timely permit execution• Plan Vs Actual (ATP)

• Wastage %

3Quality and Codex

• Monitor the analytical and sensory quality of all RM's procured and produced in house viz., Malt Spirit, Rum Spirit, Grape Spirit, Scotches and American Whiskies

• Report if quality variation found in RM/chemicals/ water during operation

• Report if the quality of product deviated from specification and take corrective action

• Maintain Blending Register with all parameters

• Upkeeping all required quality documents (QMS), Flowcharts, Work Instructions. Periodic review to be done. Liase with unit QC and TC for any quality related queries.

• Follow all batch releasing protocols as per GRMS and TC guidelines

• Report to TC as and when required for overall quality consistancy and CODEX

• Active participation in all training and validation sessions• TC report

4MIS & Documentation

• Prepare MIS and daily reports of HBS business

• Ensure excise records are kept up to date

• Ensure all SAP entries are done daily and no discrepancies or deviations in any entries

• Responsible for timely preparation of all monthly reports and update all portals

• No miss in Excise entries and Permit expiry or loss of duty• Accuracy

5MANEX & EHS

• Bring Culture of ManEx in HBS operations.

• Conducting T1 and T2 meetings and participate in T3 meeting with all etiquities.

• Report any safety violation/ near miss incident

• Keep all PPE's and Safety equipments in well maintained condition

• Participate in safety audit / safety meeting• GRMS compliance

• Timeliness

6Excise and Material Balancing

• Material Balancing as per formulations and update Excise records

• Having decent and non obligatory relation with site Excise officials

• Own statutory or Excise audits and escort officials visits

• Zero NC's during audits• Adhere to RS-7 Licence conditions

• Timely Annual Renwal

• Dip Register, Stocks, SAP quantity match

7Audit, Governance and Leadership

• Participate and Own complete HBS operations independently for any Audits

• Zero NC's during FSSAI, Legal, LMR, Excise, GRMS, TC audits

• Traceability and Food Safety norms to be followed

• Mock material balancing

• Governance of complete operations

• Coach team member and capability builing
