This position reports to the Senior Finance Director Asia Pacific Supply Chain and will be based in Parañaque, Philippines.

What You Will Do
As the Sr. Manager of Finance & Supply Chain Strategy for the Asia Pacific region, you play a pivotal role in driving financial outcomes and strategic initiatives, especially within our Essential and Skin Health franchises. Your daily responsibilities include:
The position is responsible for:
Strategic Decision Support: Provide high-level strategic financial insights and guidance to drive business decisions.
Financial Analysis and Modeling: Lead financial modeling for strategic initiatives, including network changes, new product sourcing, and lifecycle management.
Cost Optimization: Spearhead efforts to optimize costs and improve overall financial health across the AP region.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, aligning with corporate standards and regional regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between the AP Supply Chain and Metro Asia finance teams, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
Leadership: Directly manage a finance team based in Manila, driving performance and development aligned with Kenvue's strategic goals.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 8 years in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 4 years in management roles.
Strong foundation in both finance and supply chain management.
Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions at all organizational levels.
Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
A self-motivated leader with a track record of driving business success through innovative solutions and effective stakeholder management.
