About you and this role:

As a Controllers Coordinator, you are responsible to Collect and present ideas to improve work processes to the Intercompany Accountant. Your role is to actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process development and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inter-company AR and APAY are in balance.

• Correct automated entry errors and take steps to prevent them in the future

• Post invoices related to non-SAP implemented companies

• Analyze and correct payment reports and analyze and clean up suspense accounts.

• Investigate, correct and prevent inter-company imbalances quarterly.

• Be proactive and forward-thinking to ensure possible barriers are mitigated.

• Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process development and optimization.

• Project support – As a member of project teams, help analyze and make entries related to M&A projects.

Qualifications:

• B.COM

• 3+ years of Intercompany functional experience or equivalent accounting experience

PreferredSkills:

• Working experience of ERP system (SAP finance - financial accounting module is plus)

• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel)

• Good communication skills

• Analytical skills

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
