TEKsystems Desktop Analyst in Neenah, Wisconsin

TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Analyst to join their endpoint team. This role will sit onsite in Neenah, WI.

As a Desktop Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Infrastructure Management:

  • Supporting Linux workstations, Windows 10/Windows 11 workstations, and Apple products (Mac, iPads) using JAMF.

  • Managing manufacturing infrastructure, including thermal printers and thin clients, and updating infrastructure at plant locations.

  • Strategic Thinking:

  • Demonstrating natural curiosity and an ability to see the big picture. Understand how your piece fits into the overall business puzzle.

  • Asking insightful questions and being inquisitive about improving processes.

  • Contributing to the team’s success.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

  • Building strong interpersonal relationships within the team.

  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Technology Transformation:

  • Assisting in switching out non-Linux operating systems.

  • Participating in the elimination of Citrix.

  • Supporting the rollout of IoT and automation initiatives.

    Qualifications:

  • Experience with Linux workstations and Windows 10/Windows 11.

  • Familiarity with Apple products (Mac, iPads) and JAMF.

  • Understanding of ITIL best practices.

  • Ability to work with thin clients.

  • Passion for technology transformation and infrastructure updates.
