Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) is seeking applications to fill available full time Job Supervisor in our Housing and Community Development Division. The Job Supervisor position is responsible for supervising assigned crew for the Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) and WarmChoice Program which provides energy efficient measures in client's homes such as blown in insulation, air sealing, and ventilation. The Job Supervisor position is responsible for maintaining inventory, completing assigned job specifications in compliance with Standard Work Specifications, completing paperwork associated with job, and providing consumer education. Candidate must be able to communicate well with others including inspectors, clients, suppliers, and supervisor. Applicants must have basic knowledge of or interest in the construction trades, be able to work at heights and/or in confined spaces, and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Applicants must have completed or be willing to complete training courses to include but not limited to: EPA Lead RRP, Basic Weatherization Tactics, Blower Door Use, and OSHA 10. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and have a good driving record. The position will be based at our Housing Office, located in Nelsonville. The starting salary is $17.31/hour ($36,000/yr) with full fringe benefits including but not limited to paid sick and vacation leave, select paid holidays, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
