Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Representative. As an Internet Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and proficiency in multiple languages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory control for online sales
- Utilize various sales techniques to generate leads and close sales
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product information and answer inquiries
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations
- Assist customers in multiple languages, including Spanish
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in other languages is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills for pricing calculations and discounts
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions.
