Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, SAP Security and User Access. This position is responsible for Security User Access Management processes for J&J’s global Finance platform. This role is based in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

The Finance Technology Solutions organization is looking to recruit an SAP Security and User Access Senior Analyst to be a part of the User Access Management team with responsibility for the Global Finance applications. This position will support the Global Senior Manager devising the overall strategy and direction for how finance roles and security will be defined and deployed in a consistent manner across all the finance applications.

The Senior Analyst will be the regional business representative for system security, role management and user access management and will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the compliance controls across the finance technologies in support of the established compliance framework. This individual will partner closely with the regional compliance design team, global process owners and regional finance shared services teams providing insights into the design and deployment of standardized compliant financial processes and controls.

The successful candidate is expected to use their core understanding of the finance processes and user access & segregation of duties to drive the execution of the existing compliance deliverables for the Finance Technology Solutions global team. The candidate will need to understand the interplay between access management, security role design, compliance, and process teams. They will also leverage their understanding of the technical aspects of system security to provide meaningful insights into the design and deployment of access, roles, and controls for existing and new system deployments. The incumbent will use insights to address unmet needs, challenge the status quo, and set performance/compliance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the deployment of a centralized process for user access management administration and maintenance across the finance applications.

  • Responsible for access approval oversight ensuring the appropriate primary and secondary role owners are identified and that access approvers are trained and are performing controls appropriately.

  • Partner with global compliance design, global process owners and global services teams to support the improvement and standardization of User Access & Segregation of Duties (SOD) processes.

  • Business product owner who will work with finance teams to define security requirements including user roles, authorizations designs, access controls and compliance monitoring.

  • Support project implementations within the Finance technologies communicating role designs, collecting requirements, transferring requirements to role design, and supporting end-user collection/provisioning.

  • Collect and Support changes to role designs based upon business need, new processes, compliance changes, corrective action plans, projects, or due diligence activities.

  • Analyze security change requests required modifications to identify security requirements and compliance aspects and provide recommendations to technical and business stakeholders on security role design and implementation and submit for approval.

  • Collaboration with IT security team to ensure the role selection for role build is accurate and reflecting the business requirements and user stories. Ensure the role design and naming convention is according to project design specifications.

  • Maintain and document user access management policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in systems, IT or related field highly preferred

  • Experience with project implementation and security protocols: Access Management, Fiori, SAP S/4 and BW required.

  • Finance process knowledge required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • This position may require up to 20% travel, domestic or international.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
