Job Title: Assistant Production Supervisor

Job Description

2nd shift - 3pm - 12am (Midnight)

55k-75k + Bonuses

• Oversee the production process looking for ways to improve efficiencies, meeting all production quotas and deadlines

• Coordinate with Production Supervisor work assignments

• Engage with Production Supervisor to analyze productivity, workflow, methods, and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate

• Enforce all company policies and plant rules, including but not limited to problem-solving, development & implementation of standard operating procedures

• Complete production labor schedule by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising

schedules to minimize downtime; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift production daily

• Responsible for meeting all food safety, quality, and customer requirements for this position

This is a direct hire and fully on-site position in New Holland, Pennsylvania.
