KeyString Labs Student Interns will be exposed to agile/innovation methodologies and training. Interns will assist with product development efforts related to Entergy's key strategic priorities. They will assist with qualitative and quantitative research to better understand our customers and coordinate with internal stakeholders on inputs and data requests.

Job Duties:

  • Work side by side with Strategic Designers on customer research and product strategy.

  • Extra emphasis around renewables, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, beneficial electrification, and software engagement tools.

  • Collaborate and engage with internal stakeholders around product development.

  • Perform various strategic design activities with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with research projects using Qualtrics, Airtable, Lucid Chart, Lucid Spark, and other collaborative tools.

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

  • Seeking an Anthropology, Sociology, UX Research, Psychology, Advertising, or Strategic Design major, or other similar field.

  • Junior and Senior candidate with graduation dates of May 2025 and beyond preferred.

  • Must be actively pursuing a bachelors, masters or doctorate degree as indicated above and at minimum classified as a sophomore or beyond.

  • MS Office suite experience a must.

  • 3.0 Cumulative GPA or higher required to qualify (on a 4.0 scale).
