How will you make an impact in this role?

The International Card Services (ICS) Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for generating demand for our consumer and business Card products. The team embodies a fast-paced and dynamic culture, operates nimbly, and embraces teamwork, accountability, flexibility and a will-to-win attitude.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Qantas Partnership Marketing program, which currently drives significant growth and acquisition volume for our Consumer portfolio.

Key features of this role:

  • Support the development and execution of the Qantas Co-brand acquisition strategy, in conjunction with Product Management and Qantas Loyalty to acquire new Card Members

  • Delivery of the Qantas consumer marketing activity and content within partner channels to drive Card acquisition

  • Delivery of the Qantas creative platform and associated media asset production to drive Card consideration and conversion

  • Analysis of acquisition data and results to effectively develop insights to optimise activity

  • Stakeholder relationship management across multiple external partners, including agencies, driving close alignment to deliver on our team priorities

  • Project management and cross-team coordination to ensure all activities are delivered on-time and within budget

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • An ability to deliver results with an appetite to challenge the status quo to drive meaningful change across the business.

  • External partner management experience including the ability to influence and gain support through partner channels to drive acquisition growth.

  • A collaborative style of doing business with an ability to build and leverage relationships to gain support and achieve outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience in creative strategy with the development and management of 360° campaigns.

  • Strong channel and budget management experience, including a proven ability to deliver multiple complex campaigns or projects simultaneously within targeted timeframes.

  • Innovative thinking with a passion for what you do and proud of what you deliver in order to make a difference.

  • Analytical and data handling capabilities to support ongoing campaign forecasting and assessment including the monitoring of marketing channel performance and ROI outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business Management, or similar is desirable.
