We are searching for passionate & driven individuals to join our part time internship program in Australia, starting November 2024 for 6 months! As a paid intern, you will join our team on a part-time basis from mid-November until the end of April.

You'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact millions of lives. Our Internship program will also give you the opportunity to better understand your interests within the FMCG industry & a chance to network with industry experts.

What You Will Do

As a Kenvue Intern, you will:

  • Take ownership of your individual project, guiding it from inception to successful completion

  • Work with an assigned mentor within your team who will prioritize your professional growth and development

  • Collaborate & network with your fellow interns & colleagues

  • Build lasting internal relationships and get great exposure to different parts of the FMCG industry

  • Get involved in all aspects of our business and become a valued team member

What you will be working on

Our 2024/5 Intern project scopes include: Marketing/ Category, Sales, Business Analytics, Technical Operations & eCommerce.

  1. Pharmacy Account Team - you will be working on innovative test cases to make the channel an avenue for growth.

  2. Self Care Category Team - you will be working on driving growth in the eCommerce space, working on our Nicorette portfolio.

  3. Personal Care Category Team - you will be working on bringing external insights in to deliver greater execution & market share gains.

  4. Technology Team - you will be working on Integrated Business Planning automation & CIW optimization through rationalizing data sources and reducing reliance on manual work and Excel.

  5. Operations Team - you will be working on advancing our Supply Chain digital culture by supporting some exciting initiatives including our 3PL partnership enhancement.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Undergraduate studying towards a bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related disciplines

  • Graduating in 2025 or 2026

  • Able to commit to 2 days a week (between Tuesday to Thursday) working from our Sydney office from November 2024 to April 2025
