Handel Architects LLP Architectural Designer (Associate) in New York, New York
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER (ASSOCIATE) Perform zoning analysis and building code analysis. Perform Schematic Design (SD) including programming, layout spaces, and building massing. Perform Design Development including detailed layout of spaces and development of exterior faade design and details. Coordinate with clients and consultants. Create Construction Documents including exterior and interior details design and documentation. Work under Registered Architect. Use Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino 3D. Strong Adobe CS, MS Office.
Educational Requirements: Master's degree in architecture + 2 years exp in related architectural design occupations OR bachelor's degree in architecture + 5 years exp in related architectural design occupations
