About the Role

Honest Networks is looking for a strong Associate Project Manager & Administrative Support Associate to be an integral part of our organization and provide direct support to the CEO. The Associate will direct and assist with management of assigned projects while following organizational policies, programs, budget, and schedules to accomplish goals and objectives. This role will be involve approximately 20% high-level administrative support to the CEO with duties including but not limited to managing his calendar and inbox, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and handling various administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lower Manhattan.

The ideal candidate will be a highly detail-oriented, professional, and organized individual who can work independently and take initiative. This individual should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and have the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be a self-starter who is excited by the opportunity to dive in and take on more responsibility over time, including operational management and working cross-functionally with other departments (e.g. customer support, business development, marketing, engineering, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Organize and support daily activities based on the goals of the project

  • Identify optimization opportunities to support project objectives

  • Partner with other departments and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence

  • Insurance administration (COI submissions & revisions)

  • Conduct research and provide support for special projects as needed

  • Manage and maintain CEO calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications, including phone calls and email

  • Office management, procurement, & administration; occasional customer interaction in-office

  • Attend meetings and prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

  • Light BDR/SDR work

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing documents, and ordering supplie

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a junior project management or similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with task-management SAAS programs like Asana, Jira, Monday.com (Preferred)

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000-$85,000 per year
