Are you passionate about ensuring operational efficiency and compliance within a dynamic corporate environment? Our client seeking an Audit Manager to join their team in NYC, supporting their critical financial processes and compliance initiatives. As the Audit Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring accurate maintenance of internal control documentation for financial closing and reporting processes and assist in the preparation of J-SOX deliverables. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement internal control programs, risk mitigation plans, and compliance procedures. Lastly, as the Audit Manager, you will contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures in response to evolving accounting standards, conducting research on new pronouncements and assessing their impact on internal controls. Requirements

-BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field

-5+ years of experience in accounting, CPA required

-Controls and SOX experience required
