Business Analyst (New York, NY) - Analyze data to ensure data consistency and quality using SQL queries, ETL, and data integration within cloud databases; Analyze business processes and machine learning models within Python (NumPy/Pandas) and perform decision analysis; Identify business trends and patterns to support management’s decision-making process by applying Data Warehousing and statistical analysis techniques; Define KPIs in the Customer Interaction Model and Journey Orchestration by developing and maintaining data visualizations using Tableau and Advanced Excel (V-Lookup/Pivot Table). Must have a Master’s Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics + skills and knowledge of SQL, Machine Learning, Python (NumPy/Pandas), Data Visualization/Tableau, Data warehousing/ETL, and Statistical Analysis.
