Job Description:

  • Elicit, validate, and prioritize client business requirements related to anti-fraud and anti-money laundering needs.

  • Serve as the primary client interface for business requirements.

  • Provide expertise in the Banking, Broker/Dealer, Fintech, Life Insurance, and Money Service Business industries concerning anti-fraud and anti-money laundering.

  • Advise clients on performance considerations and the integration of Fiserv’s products into their infrastructure.

  • Document all business requirements in Business Requirement Definition and High-Level Design documents.

  • Collaborate with project teams to investigate and resolve testing issues based on established business requirements.

  • Assist in resolving implementation-specific defects reported through Support.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business consulting or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of business requirements and challenges in the financial and compliance sectors.

  • Experience communicating and analyzing technical and business topics with both technical and non-technical personnel.

  • Creativity in identifying and implementing efficient, scalable solutions to meet business needs.

  • Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and provide clarity.

  • Proven experience adhering to and improving project procedures and processes.

  • Strong team player who can also work independently.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated responsive and proactive communication skills.

  • Experience with BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) or Fraud within a financial institution or service provider.

  • Basic working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

  • Experience with Web Service APIs.
