Adecco Creative and Marketing is looking for a Content Creator for their partner, the leader in all things beauty, skincare and cosmetics in NYC! This position would be a 3 month assignment. .

Is content creating your JAM?! We are looking for a team member who has creative ideas, understands platform trends, has great in app video editing skills and a positive attitude. This role is perfect for someone who is an avid user and creator of TikTok video content and understands what goes into making compelling and engaging content.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for concepting and filming/editing all original TikTok assets (in-app)

• Engage with TikTok community in a way that is on-brand (via stitch, duet)

• Contribute to the brand marketing strategy, vision, and voice of the channel

• Conduct research on industry trends and perform competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content creation

• Measure and analyze TikTok platform and content performance

• Establish evolving content and platform best practices

• 4+ videos/daily (owned handle) + weekly support across key retailers

• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identify across content

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of relevant social media and content creation experience in a content (specifically featuring yourself within the creative)

• Significant experience as a TikTok user and in app content creation

• Deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, platform updates + how to fuel the algorithm

• A passion and interest for creating compelling brand stories that is engaging

• Superior verbal, written, copy editing and proofreading skills

• Experience with native social media tools and content creation apps

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members

• Beauty experience is preferred

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
