Description

We are working with a reputable client located in New York, New York, as a Client Relations Agent The role will involve managing customer inquiries, assisting the sales team, and troubleshooting problems. The position will be based onsite and will require a high level of communication and attention to detail. This is an onsite position in New York, NY. This position offers excellent benefits plus yearly bonus and salary increases. The hours for this position are 11am-8pm Monday to Thursday and 11am to 6pm on Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage heavy volumes of phone calls and customer queries professionally

• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships

• Assist the sales team by providing support and information on products

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience to promote customer loyalty

• Handle administrative duties, maintain customer databases, and prepare reports

• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and targets

• Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites to perform data entry and other tasks

• Provide call center customer service as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience .

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrable skills in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in a call center providing customer service is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in business or related field will be a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Punctuality and reliability in adhering to work schedules
