Responsible for overseeing the global sales processes and operations of Wynden Stark LLC (DBA GQR Global Markets). Manage 9 direct reports, including Head of Marketing, SVP of Marketing, Heads of Sales, and Functional Leads, and 28 indirect reports. Oversee marketing, sales analytics, client success, and solutions architecture functions, ensuring they are strategically aligned with the company’s overall revenue goals and objectives. Utilize deep understanding of GQR’s revenue streams, pricing structures, and customer acquisition strategies to optimize revenue generation and ensure consistent growth. Report directly to Chief Revenue Officer.Develop and implement revenue generation strategies that align with GQR’s overall goals and objectives. Oversee full lifecycle recruitment (business development, account management and recruiting) in a global capacity in Finance, Technology, and Life Sciences fields. Oversee strategically the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, to ensure efficient and effective operations. Develop and implement sales enablement programs, training documentation, and operational guides, and identify new and existing tools to support the sales team and improve their performance. Partner with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics, including identifying new revenue opportunities and driving the sales pipeline with investment banking and financial technology clients in highly technical STEM recruitment. Lead and manage the marketing, sales analytics, client success, and solutions architecture teams to ensure that they meet their performance targets and drive business results. Work with cross-functional departmental leadership to identify areas of improvement in the sales and marketing processes and develop new initiatives to increase revenue and optimize operations. Establish a holistic marketing strategy and approach across GQR’s brand, pillars and core markets that accelerates growth and drives efficiency. Leading business development initiatives in the financial sector, especially with high-profile international clients. Work closely with the solutions architecture team to design and implement solutions that align with the company’s revenue objectives and meet customer needs. Work closely with the finance department to ensure Sales & Talent have accurate revenue reporting and forecasting to drive business decisions. Analyze revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to track progress against revenue goals and identify opportunities for optimization.Hybrid position: teleworking available for up to 2 days per week, with 3 days per week in the office.Travel to Austin, TX headquarters once per quarter (four times per year).REQUIREMENTS:4 years experience working in a full lifecycle recruitment role (business development, account management and recruiting) in a global capacity in Finance, Technology, or Life Sciences. 4 years experience leading business development initiatives in the financial sector, especially with high-profile international clients. 3 years experience working with investment banking and financial technology clients in highly technical STEM recruitment. 1 year experience designing and implementing training documentation and operational guides in recruitment or sales environments. Must be available to work 3 days per week in the office. Must be available to travel to Austin, TX headquarters once per quarter (four times per year).

Minimum Salary: 235,000 Maximum Salary: 250,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
