Stash Financial, Inc. Engineer IV, Web in New York, New York
Design, develop, and implement intuitive web applications that support the Stash experience, and ensure that our platform is secure and meets our users requirements. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Write and develop supporting code for web applications, instrument, test, profile, and code review software, to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with browsers, devices, and operating systems. Continuously deploy to our cloud-based infrastructure and develop databases that support applications. Build and maintain scalable and well tested web applications. Liaise with Product Engineering, Security, and IT engineers to spec out the web requirements, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and improvement of our tools. Build testing and monitoring capabilities that help provide increased transparency to the team about the health of our services, as code is deployed. Must have a Masters Degree in Computer Science, or related, plus three years of experience in a web developer role and using Agile, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ruby, Amazon Web Services, Heroku, GitHub, CircleCI, JIRA, Figma, and Sentry.
