"Our client, an entertainment and events company, is looking for a Event Designer to work on a freelance to full time basis starting by the middle of April. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to work onsite in Manhattan 3 day / week. Days onsite will vary, and depending on upcoming events, additional days onsite and some weekend work may be required.You will be working directly with the Creative Director projects for upcoming events. The Event Designer will be responsible for: - taking existing assets and creating graphic layouts of site plans, measurements of items at the events, lighting setups, and more- utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Vectorworks to create the necessary 2D and 3D renderings- taking and executing edits from the client before final delivery REQUIREMENTS: - a portfolio that shows beautifully executed 3D renderings - experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and Vectorworks- a strong understanding of how events are produced and all the components that go into the development of events- able to work quickly and efficiently while working offsite - a great communicator and collaborator that works well with othersCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
