Currently hiring for Structural Inspectors, Building Envelope Consultants, and Facade Inspectors across NYC! Job Description:

• Preforming Building Inspections, Facade Inspections, and Scaffolding duties for existing and new building structures throughout NYC

• Projects will include new and existing buildings, parking structures, restoration, and rehabilitation projects

• Train and develop under Professional Engineers learning the design and inspection of parking structures and garages

• Technical design, detailing, and specification of structural repairs and new structural design on restoration projects

• Structural Calculations

• Report Writing

• Work with the Professional Engineer's on projecting a quantity of a building project, write the report, and then create a plan. Once plan is in place you will go to the job site and confirm the projected quantity with the Contractor and then do the scaffolding

• CAD Design and Drafting

• Parking Garage Inspections

Skills:

• Experience with Retaining Walls, Structural Steel, Concrete, Masonry, and Wood Structures

• 2-5 years or experience doing Structural Inspections

• Inspection of Facade and Restoration Building Projects

• Inspection of existing and new structures

• Experience doing scaffolding

• Experience with Structural Repair Detailing

• AutoCAD

• Structural Calculations

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Experience with design repair of roofs

• 4 Hour User Scaffolding Certification

• 16 Hour Use Scaffolding Certification

• OSHA Certification
