A highly successful Hospitality Group is currently looking for a diligent and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. Your role will be crucial in supporting high-quality and in-depth financial planning for the business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing online vendor payments and EDI relationships.

• Supervising Junior Staff Accountants and communicating closely with operations to comprehend and proactively approach any issues.

• Overseeing a weekly invoicing process, resorting to accounting software to review significant pricing variances with operations.

• Handling daily sales reconciliation processes, including cash, credit cards, delivery platforms, and cash overs/shorts.

• Assisting Director of Finance with weekly financial reporting.

• Overseeing bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Assisting with tracking and preparation of various regulatory licenses.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of previous experience in the restaurant or retail industry. Strong understanding of R365. Candidate should have a proactive, forward-thinking approach and excellent organizational skills.
